Pool was amazingly large. Closed for a bit due to lightning. Hot tub was not hot because it is attached to the pool. Pool is only 4 feet max depth, but everyone really enjoyed it. Outside bar is very nice. Dining room is very nice with wonderful staff. Front desk staff is very friendly. Fitness center could use some attention, looks like a last minute afterthought instead of inviting. Rooms were very clean with plenty of much appreciated pillows. All in all a great experience.

My room was nothing special, but was clean and functional. The property itself has a bit of a resort feel, with basic and extra amenities that exceeded expectations. All staff members with whom I interacted were pleasant and professional, and seemed genuinely interested in making sure my stay was a good one. This property is close to the shopping district, the beach, and allowed for easy access to the routes we needed to use to visit friends in Sarasota and Osprey. From a value standpoint, I'm still a bit stunned to have spent four nights at such a desirable location for under $100/day. This was a good find for us in terms of being close to the people and places we traveled to see, and the price was a nice bonus.

Positive: The clerk at the desk Negative: Cleanliness. Blood stain, hair, and black stuff was on the sheets. I was given two room choices and got fed up so I just crashed on the cleanest part of the bed. I didn’t even take a shower cause the towels were worn and everything just was old and worn.

This hotel was a great stay for me and my family!! The pool was amazing with a hot tub! It also had an outside bar you could order drinks from which was nice in the heat and the bartender was awesome! The rooms were very nice and cozy. We will definitely be staying here again!! Thank you!

This is very decent (not luxury) hotel. The rooms are very clean, the employees are always professional, thoughtful, helpful and kind. The pool can get busy and since families come with their little ones, its not always nice and quite. Overall, they're decent families trying to let their little ones enjoy their time off from school. So plan appropriately. The location is right on Tamiami Trail, but amazingly enough it seems very safe.

I was pleasantly surprised, reviews weren’t the best but the hotel was located where we needed to be and they accepted our pet. The fee was rather high, I don’t think it costs $50.00 extra to clean a room after a dog sleeps in it. The hotel had some nice features, we didn’t use them. No complimentary breakfast, no coffee in lobby until 6:30, I made it in my room, just an extra step, no biggie. The room was fine, indoor and outdoor access rooms. I would stay again, plenty of areas to walk the dogs, good lighting.

We made this hotel home base during a move. It worked well for us. It's not your typical Wyndham quality, but we could overlook some minor things that may bother others. Always book an upper floor here. Beds were comfy and A/C unit worked fine. Free coffee and supply of cream and sugar in the morning. Pool was shallow and not as refreshing as expected. They do try to accommodate you and housekeeping was friendly and generous. Mini fridge and microwave worked out perfectly. We stayed 5 nights. Ample safe parking. Entrance is a little tricky and underwhelming. But all in all we got this double queen for an affordable rate. Not really suited for families with kids. If you are in Florida and not here for the "attractions" it fits the bill. Thumbs up to the front desk manager 👍🏼👍🏼

Upon arrival I wasn't sure we were at the right location, as the hotel isn't cleared advertised with signage. I wasn't impressed with the overall look and feel of the location, however it was conveniently close to everything we needed. The hotel part of our stay was atrocious. Most of the rooms are outdated and minimalistic, with stains on the furniture. Our Room wasn't ready when we arrived, so we had to wait, they called us up, checked in and when we arrived at our room finally it had not been touched at all, so they had us switch rooms. Entering the 2nd room, it smelt terrible a strong scent of weed. We did what we could to air the room out and eventually it went away. Do your cleaning people smoke weed while cleaning rooms ??? Breakfast is not included in your stay, it is an extra charge. The diner portion of the stay was exceptional, the eating areas were well kept. They had great food, and amazing service. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The cooks are fantastic and the bartenders were awesome as well. No complaints whatsoever there. I would strongly suggest the hotel update the rooms and hiring better cleaning staff. Beware when staying here.
